8. Refund policy
At BeeSpoke Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting, marketing, operations, and educational services. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
Consulting Services, Strategy Intensives, and Coaching:
Payments for consulting services, strategy intensives, coaching sessions, workshops, and other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, in whole or in part.
If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, you must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be considered forfeited at BeeSpoke Studio's discretion.
Retainer Services:
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Clients may terminate an ongoing retainer engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in their signed service agreement; however, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for the current billing period.
Digital Products and Downloads:
Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products, templates, guides, workbooks, courses, downloadable resources, and similar digital materials are final and non-refundable.
Events, Workshops, and Group Programs:
Registrations for events, workshops, and group programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If BeeSpoke Studio cancels an event or program, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future offering.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Any requests for refunds outside of the terms above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
